Shopping on The Costa Blanca
La Marina shopping center lies between Benidorm and Finestrat. In the centre there are all kinds of shops such as Bershka, Springfield, Mango, ZARA and others. With the clever use of the rooftop at this shopping centre (better in the summer months) you can find a variety of restaurants, a children’s playground and a huge cinema with 9 suites to show films (Spanish speaking films only at moment but talk of English in future).
Built around the La Marina complex (all within walking distance) you will find the hypermarket Carrefour, where you will find everything from food, household goods, clothes and electricals. Other retailers include Mercadona, Makro, Plus and LIDL. Construction on another shopping center is also nearby. You Can Catch bus N0.12 every 30 minutes from Benidorm, and the stop you want is Hyper Finestrat.
EL CISNE Market
Just on the outskirts of Albir, every Saturday and Sunday is a type of market (could be described as a Spanish car boot sale). Free parking outside if you go by car. Instead of the car boot, rows of fabricated huts sell anything from new to second hand tools, Hand crafted Birthday cards, other hand crafted goods, music cd’s and much more, so bargain hunters, on your marks - GO!
EL Cisne is not very big and can get busy during the summer months but can be crammed full of wares. After you have shopped you can drop and relax with a drink in the tree lined garden. Live music is also a regular feature and enjoyed by many. There is no charge for entrance. Open all day Saturday & Sunday
